Ooh I bet he really cares.

Really? Nice comeback.
The point is, it just makes all the people who "love" this ad look like uneducated morons.

I'm pretty sure he had no interest in voting for Herm Cain. So there is a flaw in your premise.

Didn't he intern for JC Watts???

I'm certain SLJ pays the full top marginal rate and takes zero deductions. He's such a patriot....I bet he even keeps his earnings in a money market and has no investments either.

If you think the dislike of Romney is due to his ordinary investment holdings or a mortgage deductions, you are nuts. Plenty of rich candidates have passed the sniff test.. Romney is afraid to show his returns and he's paying for it. It's that simple.

Don't need to see a child in an ad that uses the F word.

Actually, i was pointing out the rank hypocrisy of SLJ, this isn't about Romney's tax return and the election wont be either, but great try.

How is it his hypocrisy if investments is not an issue? You have to pick a position and stick with it.

I agree. I'm a liberal who wants to see Obama beat Romney anyway, but I wish he'd change these policies.

I'm sorry, but that does not even compare!

Children should NOT be used for political purposes. Not by Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians. That aspect of this "ad" immediately turns me off.

Back in the 2000 election, I went to bed not knowing if Gore or Bush would be president the next day and I wasn't sure which would be better for the country. Because I'd seen left-liberals demobilize under Clinton and not challenge the president about fundamentally important issues so maybe, I thought, we would be better off if Bush were president - because we'd have someone to mobilize against.

And today I can say that for all Gore's flaws, we would not have spent billions and killed thousands in a completely unnecessary war in Iraq. There are a lot of dead innocents out there because Bush managed to convince the US public that Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11. (And, no he never said that directly. But he did say "9/11, never again" and then talked about Saddam so of course many people thought Saddam was behind 9/11.)

Yes, I hate the drone policy, too. And I will protest against it. But if I lived in a swing state instead of the District I would be friggin' absolutely voting for Obama.
