House for sale in neighborhood & potential buyer questions

| We actually had to ask our neighbor not to talk to potential buyers after she scared away one buyer. She was a nice person, but she is a little nosy and very chatty and will say things without thinking about them. Apparently the buyers got spooked because they thought she would be "all up in their business" all the time. They were an unmarried couple, worried about being judged. (ironically I'm a single mom and they had been nothing but nice and non-judgy to me.) it was a bummer - the people who ended up buying our house were real pains. |
