Neighbors constantly (slightly) block my driveway-- how to respond

Is your driveway a "legal" driveway? That's the first question because the city won't do a thing if your spot is not official. In most places driveways are required to have curb cuts.

Paint the curb cut of your driveway for 2 or 5 feet or whatever point you need to be clear. Gives a visual demarcation to the driveway. You could also use reflective paint so it's visible at night.

Park your car in the street parking spot whenever it is open. Problem solved.

Just hit their car, say it was an "accident" take a picture which will clearly put them in the wrong becuase they were obstrucing the entrance. File a claim with thier insurance, they will get higher rates and the neighbors will get to see what will happen if they park too close your driveway! Only do this if your car is pretty old and you dont mind the temporary damage. I can almost guarantee you won't have this problem anymore from your immediate neighbors. LOL!
