MCPS - do all parents of 3rd graders receive an application for Highly Gifted Center?

Ours looked like it was sent from the MCPS main office. Have you moved?

If you really want one, I think you can download them from the MCPS web site. Or call main office and complain/request an application be mailed to you.

We did not receive an application in the mail. We did receive a call from someone at our child's school yesterday asking if we knew about it and if we planned to apply. Do they also call everyone?

Everyone gets a robocall about it. If you mean a live call, then I don't know, although I don't recall getting one last year (have a 4th-grader at a Center).

We got a live call. I talked to a reading specialist.

It's actually not due tomorrow- the deadline was postpostned.
