Reasonably-priced photographer whp lets you keep digital prints?

All I can add here is that you get what you pay for. So if you are strictly shopping price, you are not going to get top quality.

You are better off spending a couple of hundred dollars for your own point and shoot digital camera and a cheap table top tripod.
