Do you have a streamer? Or how do you steam veggies?

We roast veggies in the oven - a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cauliflower, broccoli, squash, green beans, asparagus...........all delicious.

How long do you roast them in the oven for? Do you put them on foil or a cookie tray?

I throw a mix of veggies in, so sometimes I'm sooping veggiess out early and leave others in there longer, such a Broccoli is fast, brussel sprouts slow.

I put mine in at 400, on a cookie sheet that is covered in foil so I don't have to clean. Sometimes I place them directly on the iron skillett. I of course heat the iron up while the oven is pre-heating, I do that for guests so the veggies get really crisp.
