$169 is not very much. Diaper bags are a drag to carry, so if this one makes it more fun, get it!

A shoulder bag seems like the worst possible design for a diaper bag, but given their prevalence I realize this must be the minority opinion. That being said, if I were going to drop $150+ on a diaper bag, I would not want it to look like a cheap beach tote.

I did! I got the green stripe one which I think will go well with my winter coat. And I love stripes. I'm glad I had you all to help me obsess for a day. My dh didn't get me a b-day present last month, so he encouraged me to go ahead.

If you are planning to have more than 1 kid a backpack is the only way to go since you will need your hands free!
