Come on. You're skewing emotional and pedestrian. You know the bolded is irrelevant to determining the election winner. And it was ok for Gore to use the Florida courts but not for Bush to use the federal courts? And please don't forget that Bush was re-elected and Gore, well, you know what happened to him. (And I like Gore.)

Guilty as charged. "Resent" is pretty obviously an announcement that I am expressing an emotion, isn't it?

And pedestrian, well, I wouldn't want to waste gasoline on an emotional side trip.

But I am sorry that my little post-script apparently drew attention away from the actual point of my post, minor as it was.
