At what age is it appropriate to watch??????

OP here...thanks for the feedback! TV is very limited these days in terms of quality...I remember watching the Brady Bunch and Little house on the prairie...at least they had some message in them about people and morals etc....my son also likes "figure it out" which seems much better than the others I mentioned in origional post....he loves when the contestants get "slimed" and also will make up his own games and have us guess or "figure" the answer out.

OK we have turned on Little House a few times--there was some nasty stuff on that show! good life lessons I guess, but recently flipped on the one of Laura pushing Nelly in her wheelchair down a hill because she was faking paralysis--my four year old was entranced, as I was, though i was a bit horrified at the same time!
