I just got done buying them at the Target in Gaithersburg (DD will be starting K in the fall). They are by a company called Ticonderoga. Target sells a 4-pack (annoying since only 6 were requested and all the rest of the amounts lined up perfectly with the packaging available!) that includes a sharpener. They were not in the special Back to School section, however, even though the sticker in the regular aisle, which is where I ultimately found them, indicated they were doubly located.
