I am weirdly not offended by the whole rape, bloodbath, classism, racism narrative of the show. I am disturbed that I am not offended. I assume I am just confused by the presence of sexy dwarves wearing leather corsets.

The latest scenes with Danaerys in that chamber thingy trying to rescue her dragon babies look so sort of cheese-ball to me though. The multiple entity guy who eventually catches on fire? Please. Sometimes it looks like the set of that show Stargate-1 or whatever it was called, LOL.

ITA. I've read all the book and love the show. Danerys is a little cray cray, but I love her and her dragons. At least she cares about her people (in the books). Cersei is so stupid and thinks she is this shrewd, calculating ruler, and I can't take that kind of hubris. SHe gets what's coming to her.

Dani had a bad season last year. In Season I she was one of my favorite characters but she really spent Season II in a Star Trek episode.
