can you recommend your prenatal yoga class in dc?

I love my Circle Yoga class - they offer it on Saturdays and Tuesdays, and it has women at all stages of pregnancy. The instructor is great, and the class seems like a pretty good deal.

Just found out I am pregnant, and also just started yoga (first time ever, no experience). How long can I continue to start in Yoga 1 before moving to prenatal?
