In a pinch you can get vaccines at the Falls Church Branch of the Fairfax Health Department located at 6245 Leesburg Pike – Suite 500, Falls Church, VA 22044; [phone].

I think you can also get a physical at the CVS Minute Clinic http://www.minuteclinic.com/admin-physicals/ , but I'm not sure if that's valid for school entry or not. There's a Minute Clinic in McLean and one in Vienna that are fairly close to Falls Church City.
