Forget the tampons and get a Diva Cup. They are sold at Whole Foods and online. Its the best thing thats ever happened to my vagina besides that one time in band camp If you have a "small" vagina try a UK version of the Diva Cup called The Keeper. Its a wonderful thing and I'm saving the environment one menstrual cycle at a time

Why would the UK version be smaller?

No idea why. If you research the Diva Cup you will see it compared with The Keeper and Moon-something-or-other. The Diva Cup comes in two sizes. One for women who had given birth and one for those who haven't it doesnt matter if your birth was vaginal or by C-section. If you want to test out a menstrual cup before purchasing the Diva Cup try a product called Insteads. They are disposable while the Diva Cup is reuseable. I put my Diva Cup in before leaving for work and don't take it out until I get home. I've also noticed my cramps have lessened. Try it.
