Migraines do not have to be debilitating. Mine aren't. More like a persistent sinus headache. The workup for migraines involves seeing a neurologist so there's nothing unusual there.
I have, oddly, known several people with brain cancer and the symptoms are not a dull persistent headache. There is often nausea and an intense headache and almost always some kind of impairment or seizures. You don't have a brain tumor. |

Hopefully this will make you feel better.
Around this time last year I had the same thing. The headaches were always in the same spot in my head and happened daily. They weren't debilitating, I had no history of migraines, and they seems to be out of nowhere. So I had an MRI. Everything was fine. The headaches went away after a month or two. Doctors thought it might have been allergies (I have seasonal allergies but in the spring, not the fall, typically) or a hormonal thing because I'd weaned my son in June/July. I haven't had the headaches again. Good luck. I know it is scary. Glad you are going to a doctor. |
