I can't believe you are considering NOT encouraging the friendship. Regardless of your bigotry, please do not pass it on to your child.

Families come in all different forms. Just 40 years ago, interracial marraige was forbidden in VA. I can't believe that 40 years ago, people might have been questioning whether to encourage friendships with my daughter because she is biracial. Regardless of the fact that we are a healthy, loving family.

I think Zach's two moms should be wondering whether they should encourage a friendship with your LO...

Being gay is and has always been normal in the respect that it's naturally occurring. It doesn't hurt anyone. Nobody's forcing you to be gay. So I don't get the problem here. Why does anyone care?
