| I will now forever think the Remington in my child's class was named after a gun. |
|
Candida. That's gotta be worse than Barretta.
|
| That little Breeze Beretta - she's a pistol. |
I know a Remi and a Remy. It's a French name. |
*giggle* |
Remington Steele! There's a girl at my son's school whose full name is Precious Angel. I'd rather have a gun name. |
| Chlamydia (not sure of the spelling, but my doctor sister came across a baby with that name!!). |
Well, if you have to name your kid after a firearm, at least that's better than calling her AK-47 or Uzi |
| Geez... Makes Jezebel and Deliha seem like nice names. |
really? You're supporting Breeze Beretta? |
And she'll be smoking hot, no doubt!
|
| Puhleeze. I teach at an inner city school. Don't get me STARTED on the names. don't EVEN! Sometimes in the first few days of school, I can't call roll with a straight face. And not just the names but the spellings! Lawdy! |
| They might not have had the same upbringing as you but just remember that many, if not most, of these names were picked out by someone who really loves that baby. |

If one truly loves one's child you do everything in his or her best interest. This would include giving the baby a respectable name that he or she will be proud of and not be ridiculed for.
Sorry but your statement does not hold up. |
