I sort of understand the DH thinking that the worrying is for "no reason." Mine feels the same way - he thought at first I was stressing out unnecessarily; it will just take time; we need to wait at least a year, etc. After many conversations and many failed natural cycles with my subsequent anxiety, he understood that we needed to take more proactive steps and also that it would make me feel better to do so. We're now in the second IUI cycle. I wouldn't say he's totally enthusiastic, because he still makes random comments like, "I think we just need to relax more..." but he also knows I am not comfortable with that and he wants to be supportive. But I agree with PP about making sure you have a conversation with him and have his buy-in.
