Any meal suggestions for gluten-free, vegetarian, nut-free family?

Why would you recommend that? It doesn't seem to have worked for you.

I would get some good Bionature gluten free pasta and make a lot of spaghetti sauce. Kids will eat pasta or rice every day. Then just make your beans and rice and fish curries for the adults. It sounds wonderful!

Definitely lots of fish, vegetables, salads. Rice... altho it's hard to make it interesting without nuts. Vegetarian chili... if the kid is into junk food just got some gluten-free, nut-free cereals or snacks at WF.
