| How about meatloaf replacing the bread crumbs with GF oatmeal such as Mcanns (or made with a GF bread such as Udis that can be purchased at the Giant ) and mashed potatoes and fresh veggies or salad. |
This is a good idea. I make meatloaf all the time. I make my own breadcrumbs using Udi's whole grain bread. |

Tacos with corn shells (just make sure they are GF) would be fun for kids and easy to transport in tupperware.
Any rice based dish ... risotto, gumbo (just look for a GF recipe), etc. Chicken drum sticks with summer salads (potato and slaw) |
| Rice noodles--you could do a pad thai or summer rolls or maybe chicken skewers or kabobs with it. Just watch the soy sauce--which often has gluten |

The lasagna noodles I use are made by Pastariso. I can't remember where I got them - I may have ordered them on Amazon so that may not help you. Just make sure to cook then rinse them thoroughly and then I usually use extra sauce.
For soy sauce - use San J gluten free tamari sauce instead. |
| How about chicken fried rice? Find a good recipe online and use GF soy sauce - La Choy is gluten free and you can find it at any grocery store and the sesame oil is GF as well that is commonly used in this dish. It can be easily reheated. |

I made this last night, and I noticed that the recipe is tagged as gluten-free: http://projects.washingtonpost.com/recipes/2010/04/07/Grilled-Chicken-Salad-With-Sugar-Snap-Peas/
My 4 year old loved it! |
