What is your go-to breakfast quick that isn't cereal or yogurt?

I make 5 omlettes Sunday Night and just heat them up as needed. I eat NO carbs for breakfast, except an occasional bananna in the AM.

Omlettes include:

1 egg + one white
Spinach
Turkey Sausage
Cheddar

If you are on WW, this is 5pts.

Scrambled egg and egg white with a bit of cheese, veggies, and herbs, avocado, whole-wheat tortilla, hot sauce.

Scrambled egg and egg white with veggies, avocado on the side when I have time to sit down or don't want a tortilla.

Greek yogurt with chopped pecans if I don't mind something cold.

Coffee and a Larabar or almonds if I'm desperate.

I like french toast.

I take a Sunday once a month or so and make a whole loaf of it, then freeze them. Pop in the toaster, top with some butter and I'm good!

Hard boiled egg, can of V8 and bananna or apple.

I often make egg whites. One of my favorite ways is to add a dollop of fresh salsa, and a small spoonful of black beans, along with a bit of cheddar. Yum. Occasionally I will put it all on an english muffin or piece of toast, but usually I just eat it without carbs. You can get a good amount of protein from egg whites along with little calories.

Egg and cheese sandwich on toast or warm up strata if cooked on Sunday.
Anonymous
Toasted cinn raisin bagel with butter.

Apple cinn oatmeal (I add additional chopped apples/cinn).

I usually make some sort of egg, greens/veggie, meat combo casserole on sunday and eat it all week.

Chorizo and spinach
Mushroom sausage tomato and olive (pizza!)
Kale and sausage
Bacon tomato and kale

A square of one of those and a serving of fruit salad or a side of avocado keeps me going.

On mornings where I don't feel like eggs...paleo pancakes! Mix a ripe banana, a tbs of almond butter, and an egg and fry. Awesome, nutritious and fast.

english muffin with peanut butter or cottage cheese
oatmeal (in microwave with raisins and a little honey, 60 seconds)

Toast with smart balance and low sugar jam from Trader Joes. Glass of almond or soy milk. Banana.

I usually like no Mom's brand no sugar added organic multigrain flax oatmeal blend with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, heated in microwave for 2 minutes, topped with whatever organic berries I have on hand.

I will sometimes make some egg whites with nitrate-free cold smoked Pacific salmon. Always have some cantaloupe with that and my Green Mountain or Newman's Own decaf sweetened with no-carb NuStevia.

Hard boiled eggs and a banana.

regular oatmeal with frozen berries (nuked) and brown sugar

I'll admit that I buy prepackaged Jimmy Dean D-lite muffins. Not as healthy as making it yourself, but a lot healthier than most of the breakfast sandwiches or choices out there.

I assume you mean no simple carbohydrates?
