Is there a reason why this house hasn't sold?

The term "City" is so stupid. You do know that a city has it's urban areas and it's suburban areas and as a resident of that neighborhood I can tell you it's one of the most suburban parts of the close in areas you'll find. No sidewalks. labs walking around without leashes, large homes etc.

Yes, I am very familiar with the neighborhood, which is very residential with a large park nearby. However, it is technically in DC proper and less than a 5 minute drive to Tenleytown-- the term "mcmansion" typically refers to homes that are built beyond well beyond city boundaries.

It's not on that part of university, idiot. You know nothing of what you speak. University runs all the way to Kent. Stick to discussing Vienna real estate.

I think you're the idiot if you can't read a map. It's close to Battery Kemble Park and a straight shot to Loughboro/Nebraska which, if you head west-bound about 5 minutes will land you smack dab at Tenley Circle.

I think you're a troll.

Tiny lot & nouveau style that already isn't standing the test of time. Also, style isn't really compatible w/ neighborhood.

Overpriced but its nice to see some decent non crappy old houses in dc.

The house is over priced and the lot is too small. Not a fan of that street honestly. Too many rebuilds and not a very consistent street. I can't believe the owner paid $3.75m in the summer of 2008. Yikes.
