We love, love, love them! Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite.
Not by Miyazaki, but if you like his movies you might also like a French animation that came out a few years ago, called The Princes' Quest (I believe) in English. In French it's called Azur et Asmar. My DD loved it so much she dressed as Princess Shamsu Saba one Halloween--I had to make her a special crown out of cardboard

| My 4 year old loves Ponyo, although it scared him the first time he saw it. Which movie should he watch next? |
| For a 4 yr old, My Neighbor Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service are really good. |
| I love Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Howl's moving castle, Nausicaa and Spirited away. Never could bring myself to watch Grave of the Fireflies. Thanks for reminding me of these films. My DH is already trying to get my DD on all the Disney stuff he's been watching growing up. I better start showing some of these movies soon. |
| I want to get My Neighbor Totorro--but it like $60US just for the DVD--not even a Blue Ray... sucks. Not interested in the Disney version. |

You can get the movies on eBay.
I have a feeling some of the collections are pirated copies, but I'm not sure where else you can get some of the lesser known ones. http://www.ebay.com/sch/DVD-HD-DVD-Bluray-/617/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=studio+ghibli |

My 3, almost 4 yo loves Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Ponyo, and Howl's Moving Castle.
We saw The Secret Life of Arriety in the theater recently and he loved it. It is less violent than Howl. |
| Huge fan of Totoro. I have Totoro T-shirts, soft toy, clock and my kids love it too. Very heart warming story and brings back good memories from my college days ... |
| Another neat Miyazaki film is Princess Mononoke- though definitely not for kids! |
| I've been watching Miyazaki films since the early 80's. DD loves his work too. We just watched The Secret World of Arrietty together, so it looks like the Anime fangirl torch in our household has been passed on to the next generation. |
