| The eligibility/ineligibility letters will be received before the orientations, however there might not be a lot of planning time before local level IV orientations. |

| Usually if the orientation is scheduled to occur when letters may not be received at least two days before, you will receive a call or email from your current elementary school. |

That is very early, considering letters might not be mailed until Friday. |

| Luckily DC went thru the process in a previous year. If it was this year, there is no way I would be able to change my work schedule to attend an (early) morning meeting just a few days after receiving the letter. The county really needs to give parents a little planning time. I thought it was bad last year, but from what I here, this year is terrible. Many people didn't even get their pool letters until just days before the applications were due! |
