DH: Leaves at 6.15am and arrives home at 5.15pm. He does daycare pick-up and drop-off.

We typically leave and come home together. Leave at 8:20-8:30, home at 6:15 usually.

Wow, I'm jealous. I leave around 7:15, get home around 6:50.

Leave 7:30 to 8:00 am, home 5:30-5:45 pm, depending on traffic.

Goal is to leave by 7:30 am (reality is anywhere between 7:15 and 8). Home between 5:15 and 5:30 with baby.

Husband does drop off, leaves between 8 and 8:30, gets home at widely variable times, usually between 6:15 and 7:30 pm.

We both work from home one day a week (different days) and the at home person does drop off and pickup, usually 8:30-4:30 or 5.

Goal is to leave by 7:30, if so am in the office before 8, leave at 4:30 and do two kid pick-ups and am home by 5:30. DH leaves at 8:30 and does drop off and as at work by 9:30. he is home anytime between 7:30 and 10 pm, but he just has a long schedule in this job, which is not forever. his commute home is usually 15 minutes because of the lack of traffic at those hours.

Leave at 7 together, he drops off, I pick up, we rezdenvous and commute home and arrive 620ish.

Leave 6:15. Pick up child at 3:30, but rarely go home from there.
DH leaves (with child) at 8:15. He usually picks us up from wherever we end up, or we walk home via playground, and we are all home by 5:30 or 6.

DH leaves at 6:45 or 7 to be at work no later than 7:30. I leave at 8 when nanny arrives and get to work at 8:35 or 8:40. Most days, he leaves work at 3:30 and relieves nanny at 4. On those days, I leave work between 5 and 5:30 and have a 45 minute commute home. One day per week (same day every week), he works until 7:30, so I leave by 5 exactly and our nanny stays until I get home. (those days are brutal!). He is a teacher so his schedule is fairly consistent unless there are parent teacher conferences, school play, etc. I'm a litigator so there can be huge variations in my schedule. But, we have an amazing nanny who will help when needed and lots of family support!

Leave home around 7:30 to drop off my daughter at preschool and get to work in DC around 8:30. Leave work at 4:30 to pick up daughter and get home around 5:45. (i have a driving/metro/walking commute.)

Hmmm, interesting.

I leave between 7:30 and 8:00, and generally arrive home around 7:00. I'm a teacher. No daycare drop off or pick.

I'm a single parent so no spouse hours.

Wasn't there just another thread on the private school board where people were saying that they work so many longer hours than teachers? Where are those posters now?
