Someone is completely trying to rip me off on ebay, and I need some advice

| Contact ebay customer service and tell them you suspect you're dealing with some kind of fraud. |

If you mailed USPS it is automatically insured up to an amount. Tell her that and that you will provide the USPS with whatever documentation they need to prove value.
Then remind her it would be a federal offense to file a fraudulent claim with USPS. |
