ovarian cyst at baseline IVF scan after 2 weeks on BCPs

Dear all, this is totally confusing for me, I'm on my first ever natural cycle 2 of 3 cycles I successfully retrieved and froze one egg last month but had two X courses Of famara during that month . My ovulation timing is much later in the cycle than I originally thought and I think this is due to having taken 3 months of DHEA before Starting the cycles, since the DHEA every thing is 10days late period and ovulation !
so the first month my dominate follocal right ovary (nothing in the left) was a little shy till the end and grew very quickly.
My period arrived 9days late and yesterday was day two of period.
so cycle two began and off to clinic for blood works and scan. scan showed my left ovary had grown three 27mm cysts and doctor wants to aspirate them tomorrow morning.
Giving me the chance to move forward with our treatment (natural ?! With famara) ....confused, looking at the scan screen i saw what looked like clear black evenly shaped follicles, and just to confuse me more she stated that they may find eggs inside can that be possible and I'm already on menus !! Anyway I go for aspiration /retrieval in the morning and injected trigger shots last night.
I don't know where my head is right now and need support if there is anyone out there that can give it to me ! And or advice !
