Lots of nice apartments in Friendship Heights. Kids there go to BCC. Some families own condos; some rent -- for lots of reasons -- financial, diplomatic families, families transitioning, families moving into the area. I don't think anybody cares at all one way or another. |

You can't be serious, this has to be tongue in cheek. There are some very nice, expensive apartment/condo buildings right around the Bethesda metro, which is maybe 1/3 mile from BCC and within the BCC school boundaries. |
Please tell us your one of those posters who joins DCUM from Iowa, or from Korea so you can practice your English. It's pretty hard to miss the nice condos in downtown Bethesda right near BCC. |
^^ you're not your. !@!@# spellcheck. |
Oh, right. On the general forum somebody has trapped a nasty troll. And I fell for her here. |
OP here..
Thanks for all the help. We spent the past two weekends driving/walking around Bethesda, Chevy Chase and the surrounding area. Initial Observations -Love the areas for both schools. -The area is more densely populated than . -We'll need to budget more than 3K what we want. -Everywhere you go MD Drivers are the same. |
Walter Johnson is very diverse. Our neighborhood, Wildwood/North Bethesda Grove/Lone Oak, has many housing options available that are more reasonably priced than the DT Bethesda stock and we feed to WJ. We also have great recreational amenitites, Bethesda Trolley Trail for safe biking among them. |
