Need recommendation for high quality moisturizer with at least 25 SPF

I am pretty fair and have never been able to find one that has give me enough coverage. I use a ROC sunscreen or Supergoop with a tinted moisturizer.

It's only 23 SPF, but I LOVE Kiehl's Abyssine cream. Apparently, 23 is the highest they could go and retain a nice moisturizer feel (rather than a tackier sunscreen feel), and I absolutely love it. It feels really rich, and it absorbs beautifully.

I am a longtime user of their 15 SPF ultra moisturizer, but I wanted something with more protection, even though I never got burned with the 15.

I am extremely fair, btw.

OP, I recommended the Hydropeptide. I have very sensitive skin that reacts negatively to just about any sunscreen that I put on it. This one soothes my skin and keeps it looking and feeling moisturized. Sounds like we have similar skin. joy!
