The married men admit that they are in their ads, you see it all the time MWM seeks MWF or the like. Not too often is there MWF seeks MWM except maybe deep in the ad where they talk about a need for discretion or that they are only available during "work hours"

It's very easy OP, if you don't want any entanglements and if there are no expectations on either side. It's an ego boost, a free meal and good company. At the end of it all, each party goes their separate ways until later.
