Did anybody get the extra hour of sleep but still feel totally zonked?

I think adjusting can be overcome by mentally reminding yourself of the new time. Look at the clock every few hours and continue as you normally would. If you cook dinner at 6:30, make sure you do it on time even if it feels early.

I must say I am irritated that my kids begin the state assessment tomorrow (MD). Why schedule it immediately after the time change?

It would be a bleeping miracle if I was. My FWB has a vasectomy, I'm 42 and on the pill, and we use condoms.
