I don't think anyone said it was in the top 3-5 in DC area. WIS is a very unique place with a very special program. It is not for everyone and in my opinion, you must be committed to bilingual education to really get it. We have been there several years and we have seen a few students counseled out. Doing grade-level academic work in two languages every day is not for every child. I wouldn't even begin to compare it to the so-called big whatevers. It's just that different. |

| It's an excellent program. And I liked Kathleen Visconti's directness very much. She was informative and indepth regarding the program, and very honest when asked direct questions. I found her to be very positive and have a 'good' vibe! |
