Do you wear a push up bra every day?

OP again - just to clarify, I don't consider a bra with padding to prevent nipple show-through a push up. However, when there is extra padding in the bottom half to make the girls look bigger, then that is a push up. Think Miracle Bra as opposed to, say, a regular lined demi bra.

34A here - yes, to help conceal my giant nipples and balance out my post baby belly. Not super duper push up though - just underwire and padded with a little extra on the bottom.

I wear push up bras because they do help hide the high beams. I either have to wear push ups or else those ones with the "concealing petals." A regular old padded bra does nothing to help the nips - need the full on push up level of padding.

Can anyone recommend their favorite? Maybe in a demi style?

Hey, thanks! It's always great to be reminded that no matter how asexual I want to feel, how I am busy with work, there's always some guy to sexualize a situation.

Push-ups don't necessarily make you look bigger in all clothing...they just give you more cleavage. Bras should be selected based on the clothing that will go over them. Small boobs look much better in a high quality, full cup bra with a very lightly padded liner & underwire in form fitting knits for example. A push up bra can make your boobs look flatter and higher rather than more ample and shapely in fitted or clingy shirts.

I will say that especially with full cup bras it's important to get a high quality one. Victoria's Secret is not the place for a high quality bra. I recommend Nordstroms. Get a fitting done, get some recommendations for brands that might work best for your body and don't forget to hit the clearance rack for some good deals.
