Question for teachers who tutor

wow. OP I think the mistake you made was posting here. Find a teacher forum and post there. It's not an unreasonable question but obviously the folks here have never been new to something and saught some advice. I'd stick to a community that might actually be able to help you, fellow teachers.

Oh, please. Posts like this don't help teachers earn the respect they deserve. It's a completely unreasonable question from someone who calls themselves a teacher. Minimally, a teacher should be able to assess student needs and design appropriate curriculum. The OP is unqualified to be a tutor and you are an enabler by recommending she post somewhere where people will excuse her ignorance.
