Anyone seen this house in Bethesda? Overpriced?

I grew up in that area. When I was growing up, everyone in the neighborhood seemed fairly well-off. The families had several children who went to the local schools.

I really, really don't get why the houses that were adequate for raising upper middle class families 20-30 years ago are inadequate for raising today's families of equal or lesser size. These are not tiny houses in the first place.

The house is not bad at all
The kitchen does not need major renovations, and the bathroom can be made look lovely fairly easily

What many do not realise is that the value is in the land

It was for 705. There was a seller subsidy.
