Is moving a one-bedroom apartment really a three-man job?

We used Beltway this summer (and I have recommended them here). We had a larger move than yours and they recommended 4 movers. They started with four, but a while into the move decided they only needed three and sent the fourth off to help with another job. They didn't charge us for his hours at all.

I got screwed by My Truck Buddy. Sent 3 guys (late) then one left. All of my stuff was laid out on the grass of my apartment complex, they broke several items, lost one, and stopped to get something to eat on the way to my new place. (While charging me.) Hellish move.

Been using these guys for over 10 years when needed. Unless things have drastically changed recently, their moving prices are hard to beat.
