Ahh, PP you are so exactly spot on! Spinning is what I should do. I did it once and actually liked it. So intense and sweaty and brutal but would be good a few times a week to get my cardio on
My injury is lower leg too and the surgeon and PT both said i could do bike and elliptical but spinning never occurred to me for some reason! And to everyone else, nice to hear that the weights and diet are so effective without the cardio. I would miss running too much to totally give it up but I may have to face my aging self and ease up on the mega runs |
