When my husband asked me for a divorce, out of the blue, I lost 15 lbs in about 2 weeks.......you cannot eat when you feel upset, betrayed, lonely and worried about the future. It doesn't matter if you have tons of money in the bank.......sure, she doesn't have the added stress of wondering if she's going to be able to keep the house or have to go look for a job....but it sucks to be dumped!

I'm sorry, that is an excuse. She would look much better with a little weight -- I'm not saying she needs to be overweight, but she could stand to add 15-20 lbs.

I didn't mean that her weight isn't a problem. I was responding to posters who implied that she doesn't have real problems b/c she has money. I think that her life gives her a lot to be anxious about, especially in the midst of a divorce. Our obsessing about her appearance is part of the problem.

i just read this morning that the 911 calls are going to be released.

now i find demi moore annoying and wish she would gain some weight, but the infiltration into her privacy is just ridiculous. why do these 911 calls need to be released? it is seriously insane. i can see why she has ended up where she has. no hollywood star ever signs up for that kind of privacy invasion, no matter how much they love the spotlight. i feel sorry for her.
