What a moronic statement. It's an old school, but not a "pit." There is no "wing of trailers" - the area is called a mod and it's actually very nice. I've had three kids attend Cooper and all had a great experience. Of course, that may be changing now that the focus will unfortunately be on AAP.

Modular classroom = trailer

Just like a manufactured home is still a double wide.

Longfellow was just renovated a few years ago.

Ignore this ridiculous post. PP is clueless. Cooper is a great school.

You are an embarrassment. My kids go there and the school isn't a pit at all. It's just old - not decrepit or falling part in any way. It's just a normal school. But because it's not brand, spanking new, like many others in the county, snobs like yourself describe it disparagingly. Just speaks volumes about you, not about Cooper - which, as the PP said, is a great school.

Does a school have to be brand new to turn out a wonderful education? Nope.

PP is probably someone who needs to justify spending lots of money on private school tuition at Little Langley or Potomac.
