Amnio advice

This is such a personal decision. I'm 40 and had similar results to yours, and my husband and I have decided against amnio. This is our first child and we had a miscarriage earlier this year, so didn't want to increase our risk to lose another pregnancy. Our doctor also didn't recommend it, given that the NT results put us in the risk category of women in their 20s. I can for sure understand the desire to know definitively, though.
