Weirdest place your missing item has turned up?

Daughter's passport was missing, and I thought it was perhaps the cleaners. A few nights later, I was cleaning up the toys and opened a plastic bag DD, then 5, said had packed her things in for a (pretend) vacation and, voila, there was the passport. I didn't even know she knew where I kept them.

I recently found my (work-provided) blackberry in my son's toy garbage truck. After he had taken the truck into the bathtub... on the plus side, it turned out the black berry was so old that I was due for an upgrade. I now have an Iphone and am watching it like a hawk around my 2yo.

My husband could not find his wedding ring but did not remember taking it off. He retraced his steps and found it in the freezer...it is already just a teeny bit lose so the sudden cold air must have made it easy to slip off.

My husband looked for his car keys for DAYS before finding them in the front compartment of our push-car toy for my toddler son.

I had something missing for quite a while before I found it IN THE ZIPPERED MOUTH of a frog toy I got my daughter at IKEA.

Look EVERYWHERE before you accuse or give up!

I found a ring on the floor of my closet. Which wouldn't be too weird except I had moved twice since I lost it! I guess it was in the inside pocket of one of my purses and finally fell out!
