The house is a short sale, according to the listing.

I love this thread but redfinned on 20016. Check out this place on University Terrace photo 27 of the shoe closet:

But 4 m seems high . There's one just as nice in spring valley for 1.8 - though not quite as flashy decorating.

I'm the pp you quoted, I dont really like the house-it looks like a Kardashian house or something, but compared to other 1M homes it is way nicer and miles closer in to dc

Shoe closet? I'm drooling over the library! I'd take that shoe closet out and turn it into something more versatile. . .

Nice house but the kitchen and dining room are hideous.

I'll take both but that super dark paneling in the library would have to go. Who wants to read in a cave like that?

Not BCC area, but ...

Something like this, with plenty of room to lead my future life as an eccentric recluse, pillar of the community, or grandpa everyone's only nice to because they're afraid to get written out of the will.

I think I'm alone in adoring Queen Anne houses.

Didn't mind the kitchen but agree about dining room. Didn't love living room either. Guess I would have to redecorate if I moved in....
