There is actually a weightloss plan based on only eating gingerbread one day - it is meant to be quite healthy:
Mondays and Tuesdays: raw vegetables Wednesdays: gingerbread Thursdays and Fridays: tuna, oysters Saturdays: eat whatever you want Sundays: eat nothing, drink hot cocoa. |
