If you still get Netflix DVDs by mail . . .

And I can't imagine how someone could not be annoyed by that. I rarely get to sit down and watch a grownup movie that I actually am interested in and when huggy and I have the kids in bed and popcorn and wine and the movie is good and then we can't finish watching it, it ruins the weekend. The person who said they weren't bothered by it must be a troll - or maybe its just the kids stuff that she gets that has been damaged that she didn't want to watch anyway? In any case, we are thinking of just cancelling Netflix as their selection and quality has declined dramatically. Its a shame we used to be so happy with them. And there are so many other options its difficult to decide what to do instead.

Not a troll -- but I rarely watch any DVDs so that's why. Actually there was one that was for me that didn't play and I was mildly annoyed but just watched something else. My husband and kids watch 99% of what we get in the mail.

Are you sure it's not your player? I thought it was a netflix problem until we got a new player, now we NEVER have that problem.

We get blurays, but some of the kids aren't. I think we've only had one or two dvd's in the past 5 years we couldn't watch. You just let them know and they send out a new dvd right away. The one you have gets flagged and is supposed to get pulled from distribution. I'm guessing people don't tell them and that's why they stay in circulation.
