What do you say you want for Christmas for under $50?

I want a shower radio and a comfy hoodie.

I would recommend providing a direct website hyperlink to exactly what you want and be specific. Just because the limit is $50 doesn't mean that your secret santa has intention of spending $50. They may try to get away w/ spending $10.

One year I asked for BLACK gloves and a BLACK scarf, and I got RED gloves and a RED scarf! I was very dissappointed.

OP here. So funny that you mention this. MIL is a stickler about the $50 limit. She demands that each person spend the full $50 or else face her wrath. it is hilarious because FIL is always the one who tries to cheat. One year, he gave a cousin something that cost about $20 and MIL made him give the cousin $30 in cash!!!!

I agree with both of these. they are things I would like, but would not buy for myself. A nice, warm scarf would also be nice.

I LOVE this!! My MIL always gives me a check to make up the difference, since there are fewer things she can buy for me, so similar sentiment.
