One daughter together - Courtney:
|
PP again - She had another daughter with her second husband. I think she is prettier.
|
| Not PP, but that's Natasha Gregson Wagner - she's not the daughter of both Robert and Natalie? |
No, her Dad is Richard Gregson. |
| I have always thought that there was more to the story of Natalie's drowning than was told. I don't see the point of opening the case up again, though. |
Yes, the PP said it was Natalie's SECOND husband. |
| I had no idea until today that she was Russian. Natalia Nikolaevna Zakharenko. I wonder what the new info is. |
| OP...he is an ACTOR. |
If she was murdered, then there is a point. |
The captain of the boat came forward with new information. I read that Wagner told the captain to leave Natalie in the water, but that makes no sense if Wagner is not a suspect. In an interview with NBC's "Today" show on Friday, "Splendour" captain Dennis Davern said Wagner fought with Wood in the hours before she went missing and showed little interest in trying to find her. Davern, who co-wrote a 2010 book, "Goodbye Natalie, Goodbye Splendour," about Wood's drowning, told the show that he made "terrible decisions, terrible mistakes" at the time and lied on a police report. Asked by an interviewer if he considered Wagner responsible for her death, he said: "Yes, I would say so. Yes." Wood, who had spent the night before her death dining and drinking with Davern, Wagner and her "Brainstorm" co-star Christopher Walken, was said to have a lifelong fear of drowning and dark water. |
| It's on Entertainment Tonight right now. Maybe Roberto Wagner isn't a suspect right now so the police can talk to him. She was supposedly having an affair with Walken, her blood alcohol level was 1.4, and had over a dozen bruises on her body. She "slipped" getting into the dingy. The captain is saying he wasn't truthful in the police report and that Wagner is responsible for the death. |
First husband - Wagner Second husband- Gregson, had first daugher Then went back to Wagner, had second daughter. |
Ha! That daughter looks suspiciously like Wagner--and Wagner/Wood did re-marry after being divorced for 5 years. He was so dreamy back then... CW, I love him as an actor, he's wacky, but not like crazy-eye-killer wacky. It really feels like she just drank too much and back then everyone mixed that with quaaludes. I wonder what the tox screen said. Or if they even did one...cops cover up the details on these things all the time, especially with celebrities. Better call Columbo...oh wait, he's dead. |
Did they eventually get her body out of the water?! This ship captain--I don't know--did they breathylize him after the incident? He seems unreliable to me because of his 30 year silence. |

I was just reading Robert Wagner's account online somewhere from his biography. His story was that they were all drinking on the deck. He and Walken got in an argument. Natalie went to bed in the lower part of the boat. Later Walken went to bed in the lower cabin, while the Captain and Wagner stayed up talking.
This account makes you think Walken was the only one with he opportunity to do something, assuming there was foul play. She was not a good swimmer and afraid of water, so why would she take the dingy. She also had bruises. My gut was wondering about the Captain, but now Wagner's story makes me wonder about Walken. Who knows? This is all speculation. |
