I'm the person who in another thread compared him to Michael Jackson. In various interviews Sandusky describes himself as a kid who never grew up. Michael Jackson is definitely a Peter Pan. They both LOVED kids with all their heart and seemed like they would never hurt a fly and I think both of them lived in denial and believe(d) the lies they tell/told.

Lawyer here. Have to correct a PP: the evidence in a criminal case must be "beyond a reasonable doubt" NOT "clear and convincinc." That's a civil standard.

Actually I think the poster was (incorrectly?) referring to the proof required to indict, as the grand jury did. The standard for the grand jury is certainly less that BRD, but my criminal procedure fails me as to the correct answer.

That is funny, I never thought that MJ was guilty. Insecure, yes, but not guilty.
