Frustrated with hair loss

I have the same problem. It is so depressing. I would suggest a blood test to check you iron levels and ferritin levels. Mine were low. So far, no change since I added iron to my diet, but, hoping soon.

Are you on any medications? I was on Celebrex for a couple of months and had MAJOR hair loss. Apparently it is listed as one of the "rare" side effects.

Hi OP-- I posted earlier about being in a similar situation-- loosing hair, went through a battery of tests, all normal, etc. Anyway, I wanted to update because even though my PCP told me my TSH levels were normal, when I showed my results to my dermatologist, he pointed out that my TSH was on the upper end of normal (4.3). Apparently, some people show symptoms of hypothyroidism earlier than others and hair loss can be a symptom. That's all to say that maybe you should take a look at your thyroid function again. Hope things get better!
