Just FYI, most of the "collection" agencies who call relatives are scammers. I had an experience with debt collectors calling my own dad and my in-laws about an old debt allegedly owed to sprint wireless for 5K. I never had a sprint phone, it was not my debt. Total scam. They think you'll be embarrassed into paying without asking too many questions. So go easy on your ex...it might not be a real thing.

We used to get harrassing calls for my BIL, reported them to the FTC. There's a form on their website.

I'm the first PP. It might have been a scam, but my ex did have several real unpaid debts when we were married, and I spent a few years straightening out his credit and paying things off. So I'm inclined to think he's back to his old ways now that I am not micro-managing him anymore. But at any rate, the calls to my family stopped quickly.

Facebook, I was totally shocked at the friend request (he once told a mutual friend that he hated me) and it took me a month to accept it.

There is one ex the a live in constant fear of running into (he is also on FB, but I dont even look at his profile).
