Hey OP here. To answer PPs question, I am still undecided but it seems like at best the success rates are comparable to the success rates for local DC-area clinics; and while the costs are indeed a good deal less, after you add in the costs of last minute long distance travel from my husband and myself, I'm not sure it is a huge enough savings to make it worth it. Especially if God forbid I would need to do it more than once. I could be totally wrong about this assessment because my research has not been completely comprehensive by any means - still looking into both domestic and international options. The truth is, it is much easier to find info out about domestic clinics (through SART, their own websites, previous patients) so chances are I will probably stick to a domestic clinic. But, thanks all, for the tips as I continue to research! (I definitely like to cover all my bases!)

If anyone can recommend clinics in India, New Delhi specifically, I'd be grateful--I have family there and I'm thinking of just spending two-three months there for IVF.
